Located between Winter Park  and Fraser towns on the east side of Hwy 40.  Just 10 minutes from the Zephyr Mountain lodge by car or bike.   The Cozens Ranch Museum has many authentic artifacts that date from the settling of the region.  Savor the nostalgia of the stage coach that actually stopped at Cozens Stage Stop during its trips over the Continental Divide.

After a successful career as sheriff of Central City, CO, where he was recognized for his courage and honesty, William Zane Cozens moved with his family to the Fraser Valley in 1874.  Cozens, then 44 started a 7 year project building a family residence, a small hotel, a stage stop and the first Fraser Post Office.  These restored buildings remain today.

Directions:  Plays are held in the Park Place Shopping Center about 4 miles from the Zephyr Lodge [on the right hand side in downtown Winter Park].  The theatre is in the basement of of the shopping plaza.

The Winter Park Movie Theatre plays top movies.  It is located in the Park Place Shopping Center about 4 miles from the Zephyr Lodge [on the right hand side in downtown Winter Park].  The theatre is in the basement of of the shopping plaza.  The steps to the basement are in the inside corner of the building [right side of the photo] Call for show times.
