Zephyr Lodge Condo -- Area Information

Zephyr Mountain Lodge is  in an area called the Base Village at Winter Park. A few hundred yards
to the North [to the right on the map just below] is an area called Old Town.  Old Town was once
a rowdy collection of bars that handled the after ski crowd; now Old Town hosts many condos
convenient to skiing.   A mile or two to the North is the town of Winter Park.  The town features
many restaurants, gift shops, and hiking, biking, skiing shops.  Another two miles to the north

-- and separated by a beautiful meadow -- is the town of Fraser.  Fraser is the working person's town

and is also home to many traditional stores -- grocery, hardware, variety, etc.
