#2 Contact the Owners: The simplest way is to use our form email which contains all the necessary information to make a reservation. email reservation form. Within 24 hours, you will receive confirmation of "by owner" prices and availability. At that point you decide to accept #2404 or look elsewhere. You may elect to call instead. #3 Reservations Process When you decide to book #2404 through the owner, you will follow a process similar to any travel agent. All your booking information is provided to the owner who then calls the Zephyr Lodge reservations desk. Only the owner can adjust prices from standard rates. Only the owner can lock you into the condo of your choice. The Zephyr Lodge reservations system will. 1. Bill your credit card for 25% of the applicable rental. 2. Send a receipt, acknowledgement, and confirmation number by email or US mail 3. Bill your credit card for the remainder 30 days before your arrival. 4. Instruct the front desk to prepare a check-in package for your arrival.
