#1 Check Availability Check Availability On-Line by clicking the calendar above. Note: On-Line availability updated daily. Availability guaranteed when deposit is received and accepted. Reservations cannot be taken for arrival sooner than 21 days.
#2 Contact the Owners: The simplest way is to use our form email which contains all the necessary information to make a reservation. email reservation form. #3 Reservations Process When you decide to book #2401 through the owner, you will follow a process similar to any travel agent. All your booking information is provided to the owner who then calls the Zephyr Lodge reservations desk. Only the owner can adjust prices from standard rates. Only the owner can lock you into the condo of your choice. The Zephyr Lodge reservations system will. 1. Bill your credit card for 25% of the applicable rental. 2. Send a receipt, acknowledgement, and confirmation number by email or US mail 3. Bill your credit card for the remainder 30 days before your arrival. 4. Instruct the front desk to prepare a check-in package for your arrival.
