Condo 2110 offers unique value. Continental Divide views are value priced 10 percent less than lodging that faces the ski slopes. Plus, condo 2110 is fully 30 percent larger than the standard Zephyr Mountain Lodge one bedroom vacation rental condo. Naturally there is the same convenience of ski-in ski-out and the same summer mountain ambiance. Zephyr Condo 2110 is on the first floor affording easy access. From either the large sunny bedroom windows, the living room windows, or the relaxing deck, there are stunning views of the Continental Divide, the Fraser River, and the ski trails of Mary Jane. Zephyr Condo 2110 is rented "by owner" on a weekly basis. There is a
different service level -- and correspondingly lower prices -- than other
units at Zephyr Mountain Lodge. Excluded are just front desk services and
3-day maid service. And due to the popularity of cell phones, the land
line connection has been removed [bring your cell phone for 911 emergency]. You still have free access to underground parking, the
hot tubs, ski locker, free
high speed internet, free underground parking. and all the
amenities. |

The
living area
of condo 2110 is comfortably decorated. In addition to sofa, chairs,
and sitting benches, condo 2110 includes a desk for the executive who just
cannot get completely away.
The kitchen and dining areas are right adjacent to the living area so you may
continue to revisit the day's activity in group conversation. While other
condos feel full with just 4 guests, we've comfortably entertained 8 guests in
the spaciousness of condo 2110. Here in Winter Park, you can
enjoy leisurely evenings by the gas fireplace after a day of skiing [ in winter]
or on the outdoor deck after hiking, biking, fishing, or golfing
[summer/fall]. Or just watch a
movie, read a good book, visit with friends and family.... |

The
kitchen area of condo 2110 is fully equipped for the preparation of finest
mountain meals -- assuming of course that you are not dining out.
Included in the kitchen are full sized major appliances -- microwave oven,
dishwasher, range, and refrigerator -- plus coffee maker, toaster, etc.
There is a convenience store right at the Zephyr Lodge for those last minute
items. Or you may schedule the shuttle bus into Winter Park for stocking up at
the local Safeway store. You can fix dinner, come in after a morning of
skiing to a warm lunch, or catch a quick hors d'oeuvres before
going out to
dinner elsewhere in Winter Park . |

The
bedroom
in Zephyr condo 2110 is decorated with the same style as the living/dining area
and has a comfortable queen size bed. There is a single bed in the living
room which doubles as a second sofa. Plus the sofa in the living room
pulls out to make an extra queen bed which lets 2110 accommodate 5 guests in
total.
There is a private bathroom entrance and a second TV in the bedroom so the
living room sleepers may even retire
early. |
