Zelos Beach House
Call the menu eclectic - what else could you say about its American-Italian-Thai-Creole leanings? The decor, however, is strictly South Pacific at this "beach-blanket bingo goes to the South Seas" kind of place. A bamboo bar, lau hala (pandanus leaf) mats on the walls, a kayak overhead, and Tahitian-print bar stools add to the fun - and the food is good. Burgers and burritos are served on an open-air deck. For dinner, large salads, fresh fish, pasta, steaks, and chicken pesto tortellini fill the bill. MC, V.
