Lighthouse Bistro
This out-of-the way restaurant has a comfortable plantation look with windows that open wide to the outdoors, terra-cotta floors, bamboo chairs, and Hawaiian artwork on the walls that's for sale. Some entrées have an Italian flair, such as seafood linguine or tortellini. Others, like stuffed shrimp in phyllo and chicken satay with Thai peanut sauce, are more Pacific Rim.
