CELL PHONE
Most all cell phones do work at Winter Park Resort, Winter Park town, and
Zephyr Mountain Lodge. Coverage beyond these areas is spotty.

INTERNET ACCESS
Condo 2404 now has FREE high speed internet access via a Ethernet jack right
in the room. Just plug your laptop into the wall, set for DHCP, and you
are ready to surf the web or check your email. T
MANAGEMENT COMPANY
For rentals up until December 15, 2006, the on-site management company
at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge does not provide services for #2404.
Your first point of contact is Doug Johnson 1-877-726-0344. The front desk
will not provide any assistance. Beginning in January 2007, the Zephyr
Lodge front desk will include Condo 2404 in their service.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
For rentals up until December 15, 2006, the cleaning and maintenance is contracted by Doug Johnson. The rental
program you have agreed to does NOT provide daily maid service. Please
call at 1-877-726-0344 with any special needs. Beginning in January 2007,
the Zephyr Lodge will provide cleaning and 3-day maid service for Condo 2404.
BEST PRICES FOR LIFT TICKETS
Ticket Window purchased
Lift Tickets, can be an expensive item for a ski vacation. Discounted
prices averaging 50% are available up until early December for
web purchases direct from the Resort. After December, web purchases
made 72 hours in advance are discounted about 15%. At any time, discount
tickets may also be purchased at Front Range outlets.
RULES OF THE HOUSE
1. Sorry, No Pets.
2. Please remove shoes before entering -- the mountain dirt can soil carpets
quickly.
3. Be certain to lock all doors when you go out. Never leave your cash and valuables unattended
in the condo. We cannot be held responsible
for any losses.
4. Please use care when opening windows so as to minimize the heat needed.
5. Please notify the management company immediately of any problem so we can
address it quickly.
6. Keep noise to a minimum after 10PM. Guests in
adjacent units are easily disturbed,
7. Quickly clean up all food spills to discourage ants, roaches, and bugs.
BEFORE CHECKOUT
1. Please take a moment and sign our guest book
2. Wash all dirty dishes and return to cupboards
3. Unplug coffee maker and toaster
4. Turn off all lights
5. Take key to Front Desk upon checkout.
6. Leave used bed linens and towels in place. The cleaning crew
will wash

RENTAL TERMS
The following terms will appear on your rental contract.
1 - No Pets / No Smoking
2 - Cancellation fee is 10% if made with 21 days or more notice. No
refunds for cancellations with less than 21 day notice.
3 – Check in time is 3PM; Check out time is 10AM.
4 – Renter agrees to pay for excessive repairs caused by harsh use.
5 – In the event of physical damage to condo #2404, owner may cancel this
agreement and return monies paid or may substitute equivalent accommodations for
renter’s use.
6 - Any contract disputes will be litigated in the State of Colorado.
