Once you've chosen lodging at the Winter Park base village for summer mountain ambiance or the convenience of ski-in ski-out many visitors select final lodging with the best possible view. We invested in Zephyr condo 2401 because it has one of the best views of at the Winter Park Village -- skiing in the winter and biking and activities in the summer. We are also about 15% larger than the standard Zephyr Condo. 2401 is on the 4th floor [much higher than most one bedroom lodging] with large windows that look southwest right at the Hughes ski trail. The pictures to the right are taken with our little camera out the condo window.
Reservations for Condo 2404 are placed in the Zephyr Lodge reservations system and include front desk services, 3-day maid service, ski locker, free high speed internet, and access to paid [beginning in 2009] underground parking. |

The
living area
of condo 2401 is designer decorated in a warm comfortable fashion.
The kitchen and dining areas are right adjacent to the living area so you may
continue to revisit the day's activity in group conversation. You can
enjoy leisurely evenings by the gas fireplace after your active days on the
Winter Park ski slopes or in any of the summer outdoor activities. Or watch
movie on the new flat panel TV, read a good book, visit with friends and family.... |

The
kitchen area of
condo 2401 is fully equipped for the preparation of finest
mountain meals or simply quick breakfast snacks.
Included in the kitchen are full sized major appliances -- microwave oven,
dishwasher, range, and refrigerator -- plus coffee maker, toaster, etc.
There is a convenience store right at the Zephyr Lodge for those last minute
items. Or you may schedule the Zephyr's private shuttle bus into Winter Park for stocking up at
the local Safeway store. You can fix dinner, come in after a morning of
skiing to a warm lunch, or catch a quick hors d'oeuvres before
going out to
dinner elsewhere in Winter Park. |

The
bedroom in
Zephyr condo 2401 is decorated with the same style as the living/dining area
and has a comfortable queen size bed. Plus the sofa in the living
room pulls out to make an extra queen bed which lets Condo 2401 accommodate 4 guests.
There is a second flat panel TV in the bedroom so the sofa bed sleepers may even retire
early. |
