Oceanfront Condo: Our oceanfront condo units 9302 is wonderful for spending a leisurely afternoon gazing at the blue Pacific. Click on the top image to the right to get a good look of the exact condo locations. Condo #9302 is one bedroom plus a two double bed loft. The Cliffs at Princeville Oceanfront Resort is convenient to shopping, dining, golf, beaches, and the rest of Princeville and Kauai. M aps of Princeville and Kauai. Travel Links. The Princeville Center shopping area with grocery, hardware, post-office, bank, etc is just over a mile away. Kauai has fabulous restaurants. Many -- romantic, family, and economical -- are close to your oceanfront condo. Princeville is home to just 3 very small beaches reached by narrow, steep and dangerous paths. A 20 minute walk will bring you to lovely Princeville Hotel beach or Anini Beach A 10 minute drive will bring you a dozen more Kauai beaches.
